As soon as you arrive at Wolds Wildlife Park you will realise that it’s a great environment to enjoy some magical time outdoors.  Whether you visit on your own or come as a group you will enjoy a wonderful wildlife experience & truly appreciate the feeling of being at one with nature.

Thanks to our on-site café & ice cream parlour you can be refreshed throughout the day or, alternatively, bring a picnic & sit at a bench or table next to our roaring lions or cheeky macaques.  Seating is also available indoors at our lovely  tipi’s for days when you would rather not be outside.  The ice cream parlour is located next to our children’s play area so you can enjoy a break with something chilled or a coffee while you watch the kids play.

Our incredible glass walkthrough area is not to be missed when you visit!  Get within inches of our tigers, hyenas & Indian leopard as you stroll undercover through the walkway – a fantastic opportunity for some once in a lifetime photographs!  Thanks to the specially designed re-enforced glass you will feel very up-close & personal with these amazing animals.

Our daily keeper talks are a fun & educational way to learn about our animals delivered by the talented zoo staff who care for them.  Talks run throughout the day & a timetable for these will be on display at the entrance on arrival.

Before you leave please make time to visit our on-site gift shop stocked with lots of lovely animal-themed treats.  We offer items for all budgets & ages from pocket-money items to maybe a Wolds Wildlife Park hoodie or a luxury soft toy.
